Pat Devenish was Managing Director of Tobacco Sales Floor Limited from 1996 until 2002. He was there until he joined Seed Co as Group Chief Executive in November 2002. In January 2009 Pat joined AICO Africa Limited, this is a holding company which own Cottco (100%) a cotton ginning company, Seed Co (51%) a vertically integrated crop seed company, and Olivine Industries (49%) a FMCG company focused on cooking oils, margarines, bakers fats and canned foods. Pat sits on the boards of Zimplow Ltd. and TPH Ltd. and is a Trustee of Blackfordby College of Agriculture. He holds an EMBA from teh UCT Graduate School of Business.

Mr Noah Gwariro, is the Managing Director of Zimbabwe Power Company, which is a subsidiary of ZESA Holdings. ZPC is responsible for the generation of Power in Zimbabwe and the five power stations. He will be talking on these, the refurbishment plans, and the expansion plans in order to reduce the country's reliance on imported power. Mr Gwariro will also eplain the structure of ZESA Holdings regarding ZETDC and ZENT and Powertel, which are the other three subsidiaries.
